PAT TESTER CALIBRATION INFORMATION
Your PAT Tester Annual Calibration includes our free Lifetime Warranty.
Calibration - What’s included?
- Calibration traceable back to National Standards.
- Refurbishing the unit and updating software it if required.
- A full electrical Safety Test of the PAT Tester.
- Issuing a Calibration Certificate.
You can now arrange your calibration up to 6 months in advance safe in the knowledge that your PAT tester will be collected by our courier on the date you selected.
Your PAT Tester now qualifies for a FREE Lifetime Warranty giving you total peace of mind and free repairs should your unit develop a fault.
CAN I ARRANGE MY CALIBRATION IN ADVANCE
Yes you can! You can now arrange your calibration up to 6 months in advance safe in the knowledge that your PAT tester will be collected by our courier on the date you selected.
PAT TESTER - COLLECTION & DELIVERY
Your PAT Tester or Microwave Checker can be collected for calibration and delivered back to you within 5 working days. The cost of this service is £22.95 + VAT. Alternatively you can arrange your own delivery back to First Stop Safety. Delivery back to you is £12.00 + VAT.
RETURNING ALL ACCESSORIES WITH YOUR PAT TESTER
Please ensure ALL leads, adaptors & accessories are returned for calibration. For example short IEC leads, 110V adaptors and Earth test leads with clip.
We will not be able to calibrate your tester(s) if these are not returned. We will supply any missing leads/adaptors and charge accordingly.
CALIBRATION WITH LIFETIME WARRANTY
Once calibrated your tester will be provided with a free Lifetime Warranty. Providing your tester is returned to First Stop Safety annually for calibration a Lifetime Warranty is included. Should the PAT-IT, BattPAT or Microwave Checker fail for any reason during the period between each annual calibration simply return it to us for repair.
Note: The tester must be returned for calibration within 13 months of date of last calibration to maintain the Lifetime Warranty.
Lifetime Warranty applies to PAT-IT, BattPAT and First Stop Safety Microwave Checker products only.
WARRANTY AMNESTY
We offer a Warranty amnesty too! If your unit has never been calibrated by us previously do not worry. We offer the Lifetime Warranty retrospectively as long as you return the unit to us for calibration.
